What we collect

• — Your name, email address and phone number when you book a mooring, a table, a treatment or a ferry seat, or send us an enquiry.
• — The details of the booking itself: dates, times, party size or passengers, your boat, and any requests you add.
• — An account, if you choose to create one when you log in, so you can see and manage your bookings.
• — Payments are taken by Stripe. Your card details go straight to them and never reach us.

How we use it

• — To take, confirm and manage your booking, and to send you the confirmation email.
• — To answer your enquiries about events, private hire and anything else.
• — With your consent, to understand which pages visitors use so we can improve the site.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Who else sees it

Only the services that run the site for us: our booking system, Stripe for payments, Clerk for accounts, our email provider for confirmations, and Google Analytics if you accept analytics cookies. The Getting Here page shows a Google map, which Google serves directly. Each handles your data only to provide that service. We will also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep you logged in and your booking in progress; the site does not work without them. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager) are only set if you click Accept on the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time with the cookie button in the corner of the page.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our accounting and legal obligations. Enquiries are kept while we are dealing with them and for a reasonable time afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, subject to the records we are required to keep. We follow the British Virgin Islands Data Protection Act, 2021, and respect the equivalent rights of visitors from the UK and EU.
